Hold on to your holiday hats. This s'more pie is where it's at. We made peppermint marshmallow, filled it with chocolate ganache, sandwiched it between our chewy chocolate cookies, dipped it all in rich dark chocolate, and then placed our housemade white chocolate peppermint bark on top.
Mallow: sugar, kosher gelatin, cream of tartar, salt, peppermint oil. Cookie: flour, butter, sugar, dark brown sugar, Dutch process cocoa (processed with alkali), eggs, baking soda, cream of tartar, salt, handmade vanilla extract (alcohol, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans), cold brew coffee. Chocolate: sugar, chocolate liquor Arriba, cocoa butter, soy lecithin. Ganache: heavy cream, chocolate. Peppermint Bark: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soy lecithin, vanilla, peppermint candy, peppermint oil.
